Presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton has been pocketing plenty of campaign cash from the entertainment industry, but some of her closest Hollywood friends haven’t been coming through as much as she might have hoped.
Actress Mary Steenburgen is so close to the former first lady that she introduced Hillary at a March fundraiser at billionaire Ron Burkle’s Beverly Hills estate. But while Steenburgen did give Clinton a $4,600 donation a few days after the event, two weeks later she sent a $2,300 check to the campaign of Hillary’s rival, John Edwards, Fox News reports.
Steenburgen’s husband Ted Danson, who is also a close Clinton pal, hasn’t given anything to her campaign.
Another Clinton friend, Barbra Streisand, has donated $2,300 to Edwards and Barack Obama as well as to pal Hillary.

And Harry Thomason and Linda Bloodworth-Thomason, the "Designing Women” producers who were close to the Clintons, haven’t forked over a cent to Hillary’s campaign.
