Manic radio personality Erich "Mancow" Muller is taking his act to TV.
The syndicated radio host, and frequent guest on Fox News Channel's "Fox and Friends" program, now has a show of his own on that network.
Welcome to "Planet Mancow," which is scheduled to debut Saturday night at 9 p.m. Eastern on Fox News Channel.
Muller plans to tackle 9/11 conspiracies, celebrity mysteries, and assorted other topics in his first show, including a revealing piece on eclectic actor William Shatner, whom he befriended when they were both appearing on "Fox and Friends.”

"Shatner is the coolest,” says Mancow. "He’s 75 years old, rides a motorcycle without a helmet, skydives, plays paintball, and sleeps about two hours a night . . . He’s a tough guy [who's] been knocked down but keeps getting up."
Mancow might as well be talking about his own resiliency. After leaving Emmis Broadcasting Q 101-FM, his longtime Chicago flagship station, the hypercharged host has been making waves on Talk Radio Network — in the company of such recognized voices as Michael Savage, Laura Ingraham, and Jerry Doyle.
Talk Radio Enterprises-FM, Inc., a division of Talk Radio Network, now syndicates Mancow.
Mancow says his interview with the former Star Trek captain contains "the most emotional footage you’ll ever see of Shatner. It’s powerful stuff.” Shatner talks about playing Captain James T. Kirk and how that show — and his role in it — impacted so many lives, even some Vietnam POWs.
The Mancow special also penetrates one subject that is a special peeve of Mancow — 9/11 conspiracy theorists.
"On the Internet, people lie and there is no accountability,” Mancow laments. Such tall tales as robot planes or insurance scams he perceives as a disservice to the poignant record of America’s second day of infamy.
Mancow’s rejoinder: He gets one of the "top conspiracy guys off the Internet” and has him in a dramatic and telling face-off with a firefighter who was there.
The conspiracy guy starts off "sounding very intelligent,” reveals Mancow. "As he talks, it unravels."
The conspiracy enthusiast is Kevin Smith and the firefighter is Brian Harvey.
In another vignette, Mancow exposes the online lingo that everyone’s using and raps with YouTube stars "Lazydork” and "Triviagirl.”
Since the start of his career in 1988 on a one-kilowatt AM station in Missouri, Mancow has catapulted to the top of the nation’s radio marketplace.
In addition to his radio program, "Mancow’s Morning Madhouse,” Mancow has appeared on a variety of television programs including "Politically Incorrect,” "Jerry Springer,” "David Letterman,” "Hard Copy."
Muller is the author of a best-selling book, "Dad, Dames, Demons, and a Dwarf,” and has written for NewsMax.com, Playboy, and Gear Magazine.
