In her latest e-mail to prospective donors, Hillary blasts Bush as a power-mad politician whose policies are "wrong for America."

"What I see happening in Washington is a concerted effort by the Administration and the leadership in Congress to really create absolute power," she complained.

Hillary warns that Republicans are trying to "remake America in their image."

"[They're] reversing the progress we have made as a country, not just undoing the achievements of the Clinton Administration, but taking us backward to the nineteenth century!"

Hillary tells her supporters that "Republicans are raising tens of millions of dollars to defeat me in 2006." But the former first lady says the GOP is "going to find out that I am not easy to stop."

Now "more than ever," says Hillary, she needs campaign cash to fight against "the Republican power grab."
