The leading Clinton accuser, whose testimony formed the basis for the indictment of Sen. Clinton's campaign finance chairman earlier this year, says his relationship with the first family was "intense" for about six months. But he told Hannity that he had "interacted with them on and off for a few years."

Paul said he usually brought his video camera along, much to the consternation of the Secret Service - which didn't approve of the constant videotaping.

Much of Paul's videotape covers three fund-raisers he produced for the Clintons, including an Aug. 12, 2000 Hollywood gala that has been under investigation by federal law enforcement for four years.

Another event was an earlier luncheon he threw for Mrs. Clinton at the trendy Los Angeles eatery Spago, much of which he recorded.

"I had lunch with her for two hours," Paul told Hannity. "I videotaped half of it."

The one-time producer said that during the Spago event he "discussed a variety of things" with Mrs. Clinton, "including the fact that I was spending over a million dollars to support her campaign." His video camera, however, wasn't rolling during that part of his conversation.

A photo of Paul seated next to the then first lady at the Spago event appears on his new Web site, Hillcap.org.

The key witness said there are so many pictures of Mr. Clinton standing next to his then-pregnant wife, Andrea, that the president himself once joked, "people are going to wonder who the father is."
