Fifty-nine percent said they "are concerned" that Kerry "missed 70 percent of the votes in the Senate over the last two years."
By a ratio of 51 percent to 31 percent, Massachusetts voters believe President Bush is "more decisive" than Kerry.
Fifty-three percent say Kerry is "not a serious legislator" and more concerned about raising his national profile.
By a better than 3-to-1 ratio, reponders think Kerry would raise taxes if elected president.
By a margin of 70 percent to 15 percent, Kerry's constituents believe his running mate, John Edwards, "is more charismatic" than Kerry.
A Kerry spokesman, Michael Meehan, laughed as he was read the poll results, says a report in the Boston Globe.
