Gibson Sues Second Movie Chain
Mel Gibson says Muvico Theatres owes his Icon Productions about $1 million in revenue from his film "The Passion of the Christ," and he's filed suit to collect the money.
This is the second lawsuit filed by Gibson's Icon Productions. According to BBC News, Icon sued the Regal Entertainment Group last month for at least $40 million in a similar dispute.

The money, Gibson claims, is due because he claims Muvico failed to live up to an agreement to pay Icon 55 percent of box office receipts.
"The Passion of the Christ" ranks seventh on the all-time U.S. box office charts after taking in $370 million, BBC News reported.
Muvico, which owns 233 screens, was not available for comment.
