While the Kerry-Edwards campaign is guarding the videotape of Thursday night's Democratic Party hatefest with a level of security not seen since Teresa Heinz decided to hide her tax returns, details continue to leak out.
Fox News Channel commentator Monica Crowley just happened to get an invitation to the event and shared some heretofore unreported developments with her WABC Radio audience on Sunday.

While the mainstream press has covered some of the antics of Whoopi Goldberg, Chevy Chase, Jessica Lange and others, actress Meryl Streep's outburst has gone completely unnoted elsewhere.
But according to Crowley, Streep's attack on Bush was nearly as offensive as Goldberg's, with the Hollywood actress skewering the president on the basis of his religion.
"It seems to me," Streep reportedly told the crowd, "that if you are going to invite Jesus on the campaign bus with you, you ought to know what he said."
Streep continued:
"Jesus said, 'Blessed be the peacemakers.' What happened [with Bush]?"
The aging star recalled that as the Iraq war began, "I wondered to myself, through the shock and awe, which of the megaton bombs our president's personal savior would have personally dropped on the sleeping families of Baghdad."
Streep's attack on Bush culminated with the suggestion that he was a religious hypocrite for responding to the Sept. 11 attacks with military force.
"Jesus said, 'Turn the other cheek when you're hit,'" the Hollywood actress lectured. "And Jesus also said, 'Love thine enemy.'"
Streep's heavy-handed attack failed to put a damper on Sen. Kerry, who reportedly was dancing in the aisles once the music began.
"The most cringe-worthy moment came when he actually got up out of his seat and grooved to the Dave Matthews band," Crowley said. "I could have lived without that image in my head."
