Giuliani 'Heartbroken' Over Kerik Withdrawl
Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani says he's "heartbroken" that his former police commissioner, Bernard Kerik, won't be the next Homeland Security chief.
Kerik withdrew his name because of immigration questions involving a nanny. Giuliani says it avoids a bitter and difficult confirmation.

Kerik says he's now going to spend some time with his family.
The surprise withdrawal late yesterday sends Bush back in search of a Cabinet official to help guard the country against terrorists.
Giuliani says he has no interest in the job.
