Bush Rips Kerry's Terror Strategy as 'Dangerous'
In some of his sharpest criticism yet, President Bush called John Kerry's strategy to combat global terrorism "dangerous," charging that his failure to support the Gulf War resolution in 1991 shows he'd never use force to protect America.
"I think on foreign policy, [Kerry shows a] reluctance to use all the assets at a president's disposal to defend America," Bush told the Fox News Channel's "Hannity & Colmes."

"[Sen. Kerry] talked about the global test. He voted against the Gulf War when we removed Saddam Hussein from Kuwait. If that's not passing any global test, nothing will pass the global test and that is very dangerous thinking in this very complex and dangerous world we live in."
Bush repeatedly used the term "dangerous" to describe Kerry's approach to combating global terror.
"What I say is that his point of view is dangerous because it's very limited in nature," he told Sean Hannity.
Bush continued to blast Kerry's terror strategy: "He says this is primarily a law enforcement and intelligence-gathering operation. He says we must pass a global test. ... And I think all of that adds up to, in my judgment, a strategy that would not enable us to win."
