Kerry Thumbs Nose at Red Sox Fans
True, Sen. John Kerry was never the sports fan he has posed as while campaigning. Recall that the Massachusetts Democrat's "favorite" Red Sox players either play for another team or don't even exist.
But today Kerry is probably regretting something he said this summer in Michigan. Here's the quote, dredged up by those rascals at the Republican National Committee:

"We've been waiting since 1918 for the Boston Red Sox to win the World Series, and ... if I had a choice between the White House and the World Series this year, I'm going to take the White House. How's that?"
And when he says "take," he means it. Check out his plans for seizing the White House whether he wins the election or not.
