Good News, Bad News for Election Thieves in Colorado
A judge in Colorado today gave left-wing groups one victory, one defeat and one partial victory on vote fraud.

In a blow for fair elections, Denver District Judge Morris Hoffman upheld a requirement that voters must provide identification. How sad for Colorado's countless illegal aliens, other non-citizens and people who were too lazy to register.
Pete Maysmith, director of Common Cause, one of the anti-choice groups that has been trying to censor Sinclair Broadcast Group's right to air "Stolen Honor," grumbled that "he was disappointed by the ID ruling and warned it could reduce turnout," the Denver Post reported.
The decision could reduce turnout by people who cannot legally vote? Dreadful!
But Maysmith gushed over the judge's other ruling: that people who had already requested an absentee ballot may also vote at the polls on Election Day.
And what is to prevent these people from voting twice? They must swear they did not turn in the absentee ballot. Good thing that election thieves never lie.
Hoffman also said people who show up at the wrong precinct(s) may vote for president but not for U.S. senator or any other statewide race. Let's see: It's OK to cast multiple ballots for John Kerry but not Ken Salazar? We expect the would-be senator will be miffed.
