Hannity Wins Radio's 'Personality of the Year'
PHILADELPHIA - Sean Hannity won the prestigious "Marconi Network Syndicated Personality of the Year" award Thursday night.
He received the award from the National Association of Broadcasters at its annual radio conference.
Hannity's afternoon talk progam is based at WABC in New York and syndicated to 10 million listeners through ABC Radio Networks, owned by Disney.
Hannity also hosts the highly rated "Hannity & Colmes" TV program on Fox News Channel.
Also, Ronn Owens of San Francisco's KGO took top honors as "Major Market Radio Personality of the Year."
