Oxford Suspends Anti-Israel Bigot

Oxford University has suspended an egghead for refusing to teach veterans of Israel's military.

Andrew Wilkie, a professor of pathology, will receive no pay during his two-month suspension, the London Telegraph reported today.

In an e-mail to Amit Duvshani, a 26-year-old student at Tel Aviv University, the bigoted prof wrote: "I am sure that you are perfectly nice at a personal level but no way would I take on somebody who had served in the Israeli army."

An Oxford mouthpiece said, "Suspension is the most serious penalty that the university can impose, short of dismissal or removal from office."

Wilkie must undergo additional training on equal opportunities before being allowed to "teach" again.

"This ruling reflects that there can be no place for any form of discrimination within the University of Oxford other than on the grounds of merit," the spokesman said.

Now, if only the thought police at America's leftist-infested universities will stop discriminating against students they deem politically incorrect.
