  It is often hard for me to understand why America is fascinated with rumor and anonymous accusations when the documented facts are so boldly placed in front of them.

However, it is worth noting that no one - no corporation, politician, businessman or public figure - has challenged a single word.

Hughes>

The Chinese army penetration of Hughes was so successful that Gen. Shen managed to get his son, Shen Jun, a job at Hughes as the lead software engineer for all Chinese satellites. According to Hughes, Shen Jun had access to "proprietary" satellite source code.

"The record indicates that Shen Jun's role for Respondents went well beyond that of an interpreter/translator and more closely resembled that of an intermediary with his father, General Shen, and other PRC space authorities, in order to cultivate their support in various matters of interest to Hughes, including the handling of the APSTAR II launch failure investigation and the APMT contract," noted the 2002 State Department charge letter.

"On July 9, 1996, Respondents submitted a munitions export license application to ODTC seeking authorization for one of its employees, Shen Jun, described as a dual Canadian Chinese national, in order to provide Chinese-English language translation and interpretation support for the preliminary design phase of the APMT satellite project," states the 2002 charge letter.

"In no place in that submission nor otherwise did HUGHES SPACE AND COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY inform ODTC that this individual was, in fact, the son of PLA General and COSTIND Deputy Director Shen Rongjun, which fact was material to the U.S. Government's consideration of whether the license application should be approved or denied."

"The record indicates that Shen Jun's role for Respondents went well beyond that of an interpreter/translator and more closely resembled that of an intermediary with his father, General Shen, and other PRC space authorities, in order to cultivate their support in various matters of interest to Hughes, including the handling of the APSTAR II launch failure investigation and the APMT contract," noted the State Department 2002 charge letter.

According to the State Department, Hughes contends that it followed the law with regard to hiring Gen. Shen's son.

"Respondents have maintained as of December 3, 2002, that this information was not material and that its omission was proper because there is no place in the munitions license application for them to disclose father-son relationships between General officers at the People's Liberation Army who are overseeing a project they are working on and their foreign national employees working in U.S. facilities on the same project."

Ng Lapseng

Ironically, at the same time General Shen had his son gain employment with Hughes, another shadowy figure appeared inside the Clinton White House. Macao hotel/casino owner Ng Lapseng frequently visited the Clinton White House with his good friend Charlie "Yah Lin" Trie, the Arkansas restaurant owner and alleged member of the 14K Triads. Ng reportedly stayed overnight at the White House as a guest of the Clintons.

Further proof of Ng Lapseng's association with the Bill and Hillary Clinton comes in the form of photographs. There is the 1995 photo of Ng Lapseng and the Clintons taken in front of a DNC symbol. The photo of Ng Lapseng is very telling in that both Bill and Hillary Clinton were certainly aware that Ng is the owner of the Macao-based Fortuna Hotel.

The Fortuna hotel is more than just a casino and resort in Macao.

According to the Fortuna advertisements, children under 12 can stay free at the hotel. However, according to the Fortuna brochure, for a fee beautiful young hostesses from various countries can also entertain businessmen.

Ng also has a very interesting connection to the Hughes violations of national security. According to the 123 national security violations filed against Hughes Satellite Corporation, a Fortuna based company was involved in some questionable events.

The Sino-Canada Telecommunications and Investment Management Company were incorporated in Macao, "having its principal place of business at the Hotel Fortuna."

According to the State Department charges, the Sino-Canada Telecommunications Company also had contracted with Hughes for a large part of the APMT satellite contract then destined for China in 1995. In fact, Sino-Canada paid Hughes $5 million up front that was not reported to the State Department.

"Sino-Canada's managing director, Suen Yan Kwong, was the founder of Chung Kiu Telecommunication, which had invested in cellular telecommunications for use under special network by China's People's Liberation Army (PLA) in military districts along the coastal provinces," noted the December 2002 State Department charge letter.

It is amazing that a company based inside a Macao hotel owned by Ng Lapseng would contract with a U.S.-based satellite company when its owner was then also in business supplying communications to the Chinese army. Even more amazing is the Clintons' silence on Ng Lapseng and the money that somehow slipped out of his pockets into DNC coffers at the same time.

John Huang

Bill Clinton's personal choice for the Commerce Department was former Lippo banker John Huang. In 1993, John Huang was very close to the Clintons, having worked with both Bill and Hillary during the Arkansas years at the part Indonesian owned Worthen Bank.

Indonesian billionaire Moctar Riady and James Riady paid Huang very well at Lippo Bank, much more than any income he could legally earn at the Commerce Department.

While in Arkansas, Huang also got to know Arkansas billionaire, and Lippo partner, Jackson Stephens. When Huang left Lippo for the Clinton administration, he bravely took a major cut in pay and a secret clearance.

Huang was briefed on many of the arms sales to Kuwait, UAE and South Korea. Immediately after such briefings, Huang would walk across the street from the Commerce Department to a firm owned by Jackson Stephens, an old Arkansas friend of President Clinton, and place long distance calls back to Indonesia and the Lippo Group.

"Huang took the Fifth Amendment more than two thousand times when asked by Judicial Watch if he had ties to Chinese intelligence," stated author and Asian Defense analyst William Triplett.

According to Triplett, co-author of "Red Dragon Rising", the Commerce Department has no authority over weapon sales. "Commerce doesn't do weapons," stated Triplett flatly.

It is a fact that Bill and Hillary Clinton share a close financial relationship with John Huang and Moctar Riady, the Indonesian billionaire owner of the Lippo Group.

Mrs. Clinton reportedly insisted that John Huang be given a position at the U.S. Commerce Department under Ron Brown. Mrs. Clinton has not made any public comment on her relationship with Huang's employer, Indonesian billionaire Moctar Riady.

In 1999, John Huang pled guilty to Federal charges of making illegal political contributions to the Clinton/Gore campaign. In September 2002, the Federal Election Commission fined John Huang $95,000 for illegal contributions to the 1996 re-election campaign of Clinton and Gore.

To this day, Huang remains silent on his work for the Chinese Army.

Clipper

In early 1993, President Clinton issued an executive order that authorized Janet Reno to secretly purchase the entire inventory of secure phones from AT&T. Ms. Reno purchased the secure phones using money confiscated from the war on drugs. Reno tasked Webster Hubbell, the former Whitewater partner of Hillary Clinton, to run the phone buyout from AT&T.

Hubbell arranged for a follow-up contract with AT&T to modify the secretly purchased secure telephones with a newly developed government chip. AT&T was paid to rip out the secure chip they developed for the telephones and replace it with the special chip that had a secret, Watergate-style bug hidden in it at the micro level. The chip was called "Clipper."

In 1993, the Clinton administration allowed a select set of civilians from AT&T and other companies to go inside the NSA to examine the Clipper chip in detail. The civilians obtained access to classified details under special clearances that swore them all to secrecy.

AT&T scientists were not the only civilians authorized to view the secrets of Clipper. The project also included the First Lady. Mrs. Clinton wanted every American to carry a Clipper chip. Mrs. Clinton's efforts to nationalize the medical industry included the Clipper chip in her health care legislation.

According to information obtained by the Freedom of Information act (FOIA), each American citizen was to be issued a national ID/health care card with a Clipper chip installed inside. In fact, one medical health care card manufacturer complained that including the special chip was too expensive.

A key part of the Clipper chip project was to install them into your planned national ID card and Hillary Clinton health care card. The intent would be for the Dept. of Justice to monitor health your health care providers for fraud and abuse. The result would be to monitor you.

According to a 1993 letter to the Commerce Dept. by Microcard, a U.S. smart card manufacturer, the high cost of Clipper sank the health care card proposal. Clipper, according to Microcard, was far "too expensive" at $25 per chip to be included into Mrs. Clinton's planned nationalization of U.S. health care.

Clearly, the First Lady and Hubbell were inside the top-secret world of Clipper. The selection of former Rose office associate Webster Hubbell and his repeated White House meetings on the National Health Care project with Mrs. Clinton shows the First Lady was aware of the chip and its secret exploitable feature.
