Gore Is Assaulting Our Good Sense
Mike Gallagher

Okay, so the latest assault on our good sense is the rejection in Florida of more than 1,500 absentee ballots, largely from the men and women who are serving our country in the military.
These ballots were disqualified largely due to the efforts of a Tallahassee attorney, a liberal Democrat named Mark Herron, who was hired by the Democratic National Committee on election night. His job? To teach and coach Democratic lawyers throughout Florida who are "monitoring" the recount as to the ways they can lodge protests against the absentee ballots.
Since many, if not most, overseas pieces of mail from our military don’t contain a postmark anyone who’s ever had a loved one overseas in the military knows this the Democrats have figured out how to manipulate the law and throw out over 1,500 ballots.
No postmark, no vote. How convenient.
And all of this is coming from the man who wants to be the commander in chief. It’s become painfully clear that there are no limits as to how low Al Gore will go. He’ll trample anybody in order to become president: the military, senior citizens, his own mother if he had to.
You know, it’s starting to become a bit funny ... Gore is starting to rival Bill Clinton in the despicable department and he hasn’t even stolen the election yet.
